Refund policy

We do returns on:

  • defective or damaged items
  • incorrectly shipped items

We don't support returns on:

  • changing sizes of items
    • This is due to the nature of Print on Demand, items get made to order. This means we don't hold stock on hand, and all items are created only when ordered.

When items are defective/damaged/incorrect, email us at pinkopunko.apparel@gmail.com with photos and explanation. We'll attempt organise either a exchange for corrected item or full refund.

(We need to send this information to the supplier/producer to organise returns)
